Kathlan "Chatty" Baerncopf, I am a Texan by birth, a Floridian by choice. I have lived in Florida for over 25 years. Both my sons graguated college from UF and USF and have their families living on the east coast of Florida. For the past several years I have worked as a real estate professional serving all of Florida, specializing in the Highlands County area, In February of 2010, I married a wonderful man who name is Roger and is Retired Army.
I have sponsored several youth soccer teams, been a Lake Placid Garden Club member, Chamber of Commerce member of Lake Placid, a member of Highlands County Builders Association and currently active with Meals on Wheels.
